In the assignment, we were tasked with making a portable easy to use print guide that can be used at the desk and can be taken anywhere. I wanted to use a flap book that can be hanged on a printing station and a cubical. Very user friendly. Information can be understood by anyone, while also used as a quick reference guide. Even the best of us need to double-check sometimes. Even having a checklist on the last page to assist users for their printing needs. The pages themselves would be laminated to keep the paper safe from wear and tear, and to write little notes on that can be easily erased later.
