In this assignment, you will research three different periods of art and design in relationship to what was occurring in type design during those years. Use the research as a starting point for further, more comprehensive research about a specific typeface. I chose from the Bauhaus movement, the Modernist Era, and Art Nouveau. I want to use color and layout to make them look like they were in a series. While also using the background layout to give a sense of when each typeface came from and the purpose of why they were created.
