In the assignment, we were tasks with making a poster bring light to important acts and cause that we were in full support of or wanted to bring new light to. I chose to do cause posters on the ever-growing population of less favorable dog breeds because of their myths of being “aggressive” or “mean“ when in reality, these breeds are as loving as any dog can be. In doing this I acquired pictures of a rottweiler, pitbull, and a boxer. In their more positive postures and appearances. I created portrait-like layouts for these dogs. While also having facts about each dog along with a tag headline word most commonly associated with these dogs based on research and owners themselves.
